Cottonwood II Black Onyx

$350.00

The Cottonwood II  is a blade style putter milled from a solid billet of 11L17 carbon steel. It is a one piece precision milled head available in weights of 365 and 375 grams and has a 4:15 toe hang. We added extra weight by increasing the flange width and thickness which lowers the center of gravity, promotes a more effective roll, and a more appealing sound. The wider flange also allows us to add a longer sight line to help with alignment as well as accuracy.

The Cottonwood II has a full shaft of offset preferred by most touring professionals and golfers worldwide. The Cottonwood II is available in right and left hand,  Black Onyx Finish and features a black headcover.

If you like the look and feel of blade putters, then this putter is for you. This putter is for someone who prefers an arc type stroke rather than straight back-straight through. I love the extra weight. It helps smooth out your stroke. This particular model has a plumber’s neck, which gives a full shaft offset. Really helps keep the hands ahead to make a great stroke. For those who live in very bright, sunny climates, the black onyx finish is fantastic, with no glare. Customer service is very good. It’s obvious this company wants its customers to be very satisfied. Quality putters, quality service. What more can you hope for? And, did I mention the putters are just sweet.

Really a nice head design. Has a tri plane which I’ve always liked on squared off putters like this. The face is a little thinner on this than some more compact designs which I also like a lot. And the extra head weight definitely smooths the stroke. I really like the different alignment aid options. I got mine with a top line sight line and I really like this option.

Overall quality is very high, definitely a quality machined putter head and I love the Iomic grip it comes with.

Only part to disappoint a little was the headcover. Feels cheap compared to my AM&E covers and I just don’t see any reason a putter of this caliber couldn’t come with a nice magnetic AM&E Snap Fit putter cover. But, it’s not bad enough to make me knock a star off since the putter itself is so good.

Really nice putter with a great look and feel. One of the best putters I’ve played with. My only wish is that it had the three sight lines, but those were sold out.
