In 2008, with little more than the money he had saved in his 401(k) and a vision for what a premium putter company could become, Mike Johnson took a chance and founded Piretti Golf.

At the time, people within the golf industry told him it couldn’t be done. They encouraged him to invest his money elsewhere and pursue a safer path. Instead, Mike trusted his vision.

From the beginning, his ambitions for Piretti extended far beyond simply building putters. He dreamed of creating a brand that would work with some of the best golfers in the world, earn recognition for its craftsmanship and performance, and eventually reach golfers around the globe.

More than 15 years later, that vision has become a reality in many ways. With the support of an incredible team, Piretti has accomplished milestones that once seemed like distant goals and has grown far beyond where it began.

Yet for Mike and the team behind Piretti, there is still much more ahead. After everything the brand has accomplished, it feels as though the story is only beginning.
