Where Are Piretti Putters Milled?

All Piretti putters are made and crafted in the United States.

Does Piretti Offer Discounts for PGA and other Tour Members?

Yes. Piretti does offer discounts for active PGA members and select other Tours. To discuss your needs and discounts, please contact us.

How Do I Measure Putter Length?

For a standard putter, measure from your wrist to the floor. Lengths vary by personal preference. The most common length is 34” For a belly putter, measure from your elbow to the floor For a chest putter measure from the center of your sternum to the floor.

What Is Loft?

Loft refers to the putterface angle and is typically 3°.

What Is Lie?

Lie angle is the angle the putterhead measures when it sits at address. 71 is standard. If you hold the putter higher on the grip, increase the lie.

Where Are Piretti Wedges Made?

Pirretti wedges are currently assembled in the United States, and forged in Japan.

What Weight Do You Recommend?

We recommend you stay with the standard weight designed for each putter. But keep in mind, the faster the greens, the heavier the putter head. So it’s all about your needs.

How Do You Calculate Sales Tax?

Since we operate our business out of Texas, Piretti Golf is required by law to collect sales tax from Texas residents only. The sales tax rate for Texas residents is 8.25%.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple. Explore the website shop, and add to your cart once you have customized your products. From there, click checkout, or the shopping cart in the upper right, and complete the shipping and payment sections.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a “guest.”

How Do I Track My Order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to assemble and process your order. Once completed you’ll receive shipping confirmation via email. At anytime you can also email [email protected] with any additional questions.

Can Orders Be Shipped to a P.O. box?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are within 90 days from purchasing your putter, please reference the 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Outside of 90 days, we do not offer returns, as many of the products are customized. However, if the product is damaged in any way, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve all issues.

How do I upgrade to a new Piretti Putter?

  1. Purchase any new Piretti putter from Pirettigolf.com
  2. Identify the clubs you want to trade in
  3. Send in your clubs
  4. Get paid in 7-10 business days
  5. Enjoy and repeat steps 1-4 as necessary

How long does payment usually take?

After receiving your product we issue payment within 7-10 business days via whatever payment method you selected (check or PayPal).

How do I know what condition my clubs are in?

Average Condition – Clubs considered in average condition have been previously used and exhibit signs of normal wear. The majority of the wear is cosmetic and can be seen throughout the club head. Acceptable wear includes normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole and light scratches or paint chips on/around the crown. No skymarks, dents, or rattles. Shafts and grips should be in playable condition as well with normal wear.
Below Average Condition – Clubs considered in below average condition have seen heavy usage and exhibit signs of moderate to excessive wear. These clubs often have skymarks, dings, nicks, shaft burns, groove loss or browning on the face. Regardless of wear, these clubs are still in playable condition and the overall integrity of the clubs are still intact. Shafts may have scratches and grips worn. We do not accept clubs with broken shafts, cracked or dented heads or any other feature that would affect the clubs performance.

New Condition – Clubs considered in new condition are either still in original plastic or out of plastic with no visual signs of wear. These clubs have never been hit, however, they may show signs of minor shop wear.

What if the value of the clubs I am trading in exceeds the purchase of my new Piretti Putter?

No problem. In many cases, this will happen and you will still receive the full value of your trade-ins even though it exceeded the purchase price of your new Piretti putter.
